As six-year-old Andy's favorite toy, Woody, a take-charge, pull-string cowboy, was confident in his role as room leader. The Lion King

A young lion cub, Simba, struggles to find his place in nature's "circle of life" and follow the regal paw prints of his father, the great Mufasa, after his father is treacherously killed by Scar. Scar convinces Simba that he is responsible for his father's death and urges him to run far away from the Pride Lands and never return. A frightened and guilt Simba stricken Simba flees into exile where he is befriended by a wacky but warmhearted warthog, Pumbaa, and his free wheeling meerkat companion, Timon,. Simba adopts their "Hakuna Matata"(no worries) attitude toward life, living on a diet of bugs and taking things one day at a time as matures into a young adult. When his childhood friend, Nala arrives on the scene, he is persuaded to return to pride Lands, which have fallen into hard times under Scar's reign, and take his rightful place as king. The wise shaman baboon, Rafiki, convinces Simba that his father's spirit lives on in him and that he must accept his responsibility, and when he returns, he manages to defeat Scar and an army of hyenas.

Lilo & Stitch

Disney's Lilo and Stitch Movie

The illegal genetic experiment Stitch is born into a universe that doesn't have room for an ultra-destructive (yet cute and fuzzy) monster. He's a self-contained instrument of destruction specifically designed, by his evil-genius creator Jumba Jookiba, to wreak havoc everywhere he goes. Stitch finds himself written off as un-rehabilitate-able, and is sentenced to exile on distant desert asteroid. Stitch has no option but escape. .and as fate would have it, he escapes to our very own Earth. Hawaii , in fact.

Enter Lilo, a lonely little girl from a broken family, living on the lush tropical Hawaiian island of Kauai . To hide out from his alien would-be captors (Jumba and the skittish "Earth Expert" Pleakley), Stitch masquerades as a dog, and is adopted by the quirky little hula-dancing Earth girl.The two outcasts click in a way no one could have expected. Through their friendship and the power of "ohana," Stitch overcomes his destructive genetic programming, and finds a permanent place with his new ohana - a family that's "little, and broken, but still good. Yeah, good."

The beautiful Belle ignores her suitor, the vain Gaston, as she cares for her father, the eccentric Maurice. Lost in the woods, Maurice becomes a prisoner of the Beast who is under a spell. Belle comes to rescue him, and agrees to remain in the Beast's castle in her father's place. To break the spell, the Beast tries to learn to love Belle, but then sadly allows her to return to her father. When Gaston realizes the Beast is vying for Belle's attention, he and the townsfolk storm the castle. Belle rushes there in time to profess her love to the Beast, which in turn breaks the spell.

Peter Pan

Based on a modern classic of British literature, Walt Disney was familiar with this tale from his childhood and dreamed of one day bringing it to life as a film. Peter Pan is the sympbol of eternal youth; he is the boy who never grows up. One night, he loses his shadow in the nursery of the three Darling children - Wendy, John and Michael. When he comes back to retrieve it, Wendy, sure of his existence, is recounting bedtime tales about him to her brothers. Peter Pan convinces the three to fly off to Never Land and join in the adventures of the Lost Boys - boys who were taken from their mothers and fight against the evil Captain Hook. Tinker Bell complies with a sprinkling of fairy dust to help them fly but her jealousy soon rages as the friendship between Peter and Wendy grows. The Lost Boys lead Michael and John off on an Indian hunt which leads to intrigue over the capture of the Indian Chief's daughter, Tiger Lily. There is plotting and subterfuge between Hook and Tinker Bell, and Peter and Wendy, that skims the edge of romantic inclinations. But Peter triumphantly saves Wendy's life as she is walking the gangplank of Hook's ship, after Tinker Bell has saved his. The Lost Boys defeat the Pirates, Peter and Hook duel and then Wendy, John and Michael fly home to their snug nursery beds just in time as their parents are returning home from their evening's dinner party.

Cinderella

When Cinderella's cruel stepmother prevents her from attending the Royal Ball, the delightful Fairy Godmother appears! With a wave of her wondrous wand and a bouncy "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo," the Fairy Godmother transforms a simple pumpkin into a magical coach -- and Cinderella's rags into a gorgeous gown. At the ball, Cinderella falls in love with Prince Charming, but must flee before the stroke of midnight breaks the spell!

Jungle Book

Walt Disney's Jungle Book

The tale of Mowgli, a human boy, raised in the jungle by wolves until it becomes too dangerous for him when Shere Khan, the tiger, vows to kill the man cub. Despite Mowgli's protests, Bagheera, the panther, accompanies him back on his journey to civilization. Along the way they meet Baloo the bear and Mowgli becomes even more reluctant to return to the man village, but after an encounter with the mad King Louie of the Apes and under pressure from his friends, he runs away. Alone in the jungle he meets Shere Kahn, and with last-minute help from his friends he ultimately defeats the tiger. Soon after, he meets a young girl from the village and willingly returns to civilization.

In the churchyard of a cathedral in London a sword appears buried in a stone, inscribed: "Whoso pulleth out this sword of this stone and anvil is rightwise king born of England ". Although many try, no one can budge the sword from the stone. Deep in the dark woods, kindly Merlin the Magician begins to teach eleven year old Arthur who is called "Wart" and who lives in the drafty castle of sir Ector where he is an apprentice squire to burly, oafish Kay when he is not washing mounds of pots pans in the scullery. On New Year's Day a great tournament is held in London to pick a new king. Wart, attending a ay's squire, forgets Kay's sword, and runs back to the inn to get it, but the inn is locked, Wart seeing the sword in the stone, innocently pulls it out, and is proclaimed king by the marvelling warriors.

Monsters Inc.

Disney - Pixar Monsters Inc

Monsters, Incorporated is the largest scream processing factory in the monster world. The key to this operation is a highly trained group of Kid Scarers. One of the very best Scarers is James P. Sullivan, a huge, intimidating monster with blue fur, large purple spots, and horns. Sulley is relaxed and laid back about his coveted position. His Scare Assistant - also his best friend and roommate - is Mike Wazowski, a green one-eyed monster.

Since children are considered to be an extreme threat to monsters, it is forbidden for anything from the human world to cross into the monster world. One night after work, however, Sullivan opens a closet door and accidentally lets in a little human girl!

From that moment on, Mike and Sullivan's lives are turned upside down. With the Child Detection Agency (CDA) hot on their trail, they do everything they can to hide the little girl. To make matters worse, Sullivan develops an attachment to the child, whom he has named Boo, and feels obligated to sneak her back to her room safely. When Sulley's affection for Boo leads him to give up his job as a Scarer, Sulley and Mike's friendship is pushed to the breaking point.

A Bug's Life

The hardworking ants are terrorized by a gang of grasshopper bullies, who demand most of their harvest every year as a tribute. Princess Atta, who is preparing to assume the throne, just wants to appease the nasty grasshoppers and their leader, Hopper, but a young ant named Flik accidentally ruins the offering with a harvester gadget he has constructed. To make things right, Flik heads off in search of warrior bugs tough and mean enough to defeat the grasshoppers. He happens upon a group of unemployed circus bugs whose act has gotten them fired. Mistaking them for warriors, he takes them back to the anthill, but they refuse to fight. When little ant princess Dot is threatened by a bird, however, the circus bugs act heroically to save her. The ants embrace the bugs as heroes, and they agree to stay and help Flik in his plan to build a giant bird effigy and frighten the grasshoppers away. The ants stumble upon the truth -- these bugs are not fighters, just clowns and acrobats -- and throw the bugs and Flik out. When the grasshoppers plot to work the ants to death and squish the Queen, Flik and his allies return to save the day. Atta has a new hero in Flik, and the circus bugs leave, knowing that their friends are safe from the grasshopper menace

Hercules
